- SUN CONTROL SUPPLIES shall not be liable in either tort of contract for any losses or damages incurred, whether direct, consequential or incidental arising out of the use of, or inability to use these tinting products, including, but not limited to, automobile accidents, acts of nature and/or improper care and maintenance
